If I buy a SDK license can I create compiled application for Windows AND Linux AND MacOS?
Or should I pay for all separately?
I saw there is "Platform selection" on upgrade page. So it should be upgraded separately?

It seems that licenses for each OS need to be purchased separately (they have released the BSD version for free). RT should probably be contacted directly about this, to be 100% sure.
